These sessions are designed to provide full-length, comprehensive support, integrating biblical wisdom with evidence-based coaching techniques to help adults effectively cope with life's challenges. - **Child Sessions:** Priced at $50 per session. These shorter sessions are tailored to the developmental needs of children, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care and attention. - **Teen Sessions:** The cost and duration of sessions for teens can vary. Depending on the teen's readiness and preference, sessions can either fall under the adult or child category. Some teens might be comfortable with the full-length adult sessions at $85, while others may benefit more from the shorter child sessions at $50.     At Sycamore, most clients start by participating in weekly coaching sessions. These sessions are designed to establish and work towards your initial goals. Once these goals have been met, many clients choose to taper down the frequency of sessions to biweekly, and then monthly until they feel confident to discontinue regular meetings. In addition to scheduled sessions, you will have access to a secure patient portal, available online and through our app. This portal provides the opportunity for unlimited messaging between sessions, allowing you to stay in touch and get support whenever you need it.

    On average, clients attend weekly sessions for 2-4 months to work on the initial concerns that brought them in.
